ABOUT US

ScatterTones is a student-run, all-gender a cappella group at UCLA.

 

Founded in 2002, the group enjoys traveling to distant stages as well as performing regularly on campus and in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
 

They are a hardworking and supportive family that connects through exploring multiple genres to bring an original sound to a cappella.

They are a 6-time international award-winning group, most recently competing during the 2024 International Competition of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA). The ScatterTones have won over 30 outstanding awards, been featured on BOCA and Voices Only, opened for Pentatonix in concert, been featured on KTLA Channel 5 Morning news, and sung backup for Taylor Swift.
